BOLT: The South Florida Bulls!

I don't know how many people are paying attention, but apparently the South Florida Bulls play basketball. Formerly, one of only a couple automatic wins in a 16 team Big East Conference, the Bulls (15-7 (5-5)) have arrived. They lost tough games to Central Michigan and South Carolina, but boast nice wins against Davidson, a Virginia team faring well in the ACC, the San Fran team that beat Gonzaga (in what APT hopes is a yearly USF/USF showdown (all teams with the same initials in div 1 bball should be required to play once a year in a bad-ass rivalry game)), and now back to back wins over Pitt and Georgetown. Dominique Jones averages 22.4 pts 6.2 boards and 4.2 Ast per game, including dropping 46 in an overtime win @ Providence and 37 vs. Pittsburgh. He certainly seems to be the real deal. APT has admittedly not watched must USF basketball in his life, only bits of a couple games this year (TV scheduling partially to blame) but hopes that you join him in hopping on this wagon and checking the Bulls out. As a childhood Chicago Bulls fan (who wasn't?) it just seems natural. The Bulls are at the Notre Dame fighting Irish Sunday at 12:00. Hopefully that finds its way onto my Comcast television line-up.
